Enjoyable final. Have to say in this day and age of darts, no need for a 25 minute break at the half way stage.

Disagree, they have been going at it for 2 hours.

And thats their own fault. If the PDC final was Pipe vs Dennis Smith they would have breaks in the ad break time only and would have to deal with it.

Mid final break is a relic of the old BBC coverage and you dont need it when you can have ad breaks.

Not sure of the point of the long break anymore now they’re getting ad break breaks. When it was on the BBC there was no ad breaks so a break halfway through made perfect sense, now it’s just dragging the game on too long.
