How far can Waites go in the PDC.
Has he left it too late or still time to make a go fo it.

Aye he should have done it years ago, but no reason why he cant creep into the 32 and stay there for a fair bit, like Bunting has.

I can see him doing well enough to not have to worry about retaining his card in 2 years time, but I can't see him pulling up any trees either.

Top 32 I have gone for but if he can find his best form there is no reason why he cannot become the 3rd best player in the world.

Think he wil stuggle to get in the top 64 after two years. Would be happy to be proven wrong though

He has the abilty to do what Duzza has done. No doubt.
However I don't think he has the dedication. And never has had, otherwise he would have jumped some time ago.

He's just had his hand forced by the World Pro debacle and the imminent demise of the BDO.

i actually like the fact he hasnt got the dedication he has a talent that many are envious of, however to scotts credit he has never hidden the fact its a hobby for him, he has picked and choose where he as played for a while now, if he turns pro now i think thats the wrong move, if he keeps rocking up as and when he wants qualifies for a few big events then no ones going to be glad to play him & god forbid he wins one then there will be an inquest!!

I've gone top 64. His best days are behind him, and his shoulder if made of biscuit. He's had one good run in 8 days of Q school, so I can't see him troubling the top 32.

He can play the pro tour and keep working. Not a big issue. Its only if he starts qualifying for lots of tournaments that he will need to consider going full time - and at that point you must be doing well anyway.

No one knows but who’s to say he can’t do well, he has the pedigree.

Everyone always says moving up a level into the PDC can help your game improve. There are lots of players who never did that great in the BDO that have gone on to win PDC majors, Waites all ready comes in as major winner.
