But you have to say that was some performance going through 12 hours of play almost to take the 2nd event.
wasn't 12 of hours of play, he was out of event 1 early, so had 5/6 hours off to relax, waiting for event 2 to start.
Nobody played for 12 hours.

Kirsty Hutchinson, Rachel Brooks, Beau Greaves, and Kirsty Chubb. At least according to Darts Connect (they also claim Michael Rasztovits is female but that can't be right).

Or does that ban only count if he now gets into any televised events? I know tour card holders aren't allowed to play in any bdo events generally. Would be another big blow for the bdo if Mitchell became ineligible for their comps
Last year Andy Hamilton and David Evans qualified for PC events and also played in the BDO World Championship so if he is not a tour card holder I don't think there is any problem.

Unlikely but possible Mitchell could win more here this weekend than he got for making the BDO world semi final
Thanks to Erik Middelkoop:

1.2 All players who participate in the following Events must be a Full Member of the PDPA: World Championship (excluding PDPA Associate Members), World Matchplay, World Grand Prix, Grand Slam (excluding BDO qualifiers) UK Open (excluding Amateur Qualifiers and PDPA Associate Members), European Championship, Players Championship Finals (excluding PDPA Associate Members), Masters, World Series Finals (excluding invited non-members), Premier League (excluding Challengers), Champions League.

In the event of a non-PDPA member qualifying for or being invited into an Event through an Order of Merit, a qualifying Event, or PDC Board invitation they must join the PDPA prior to participation in the Event.

1.3 All Full Members who wish to participate in Events must sign and accept the PDC Player Contract and the PDPA Code of Conduct and agree to abide by the Rules of the Darts Regulation Authority (DRA) and pay any appropriate Sanction Fees to the DRA before being allowed to participate in any PDC organised Event.
I read that as it only being a problem if they play in a TV event through the Pro Tour/PDC OOM, for which they'd have to sign the PDC Contract. PCs or European Tour aren't televised, so they're fine.

And well done Scott Mitchell. Looking likely to be getting to hang out with Waites at PCs and ET qualifiers.

Hamilton played PC 1 and 2 after a good first CT weekend.
In PC 1 he lost to Eddie Dootson.
In PC 2 he lost to Yordi Meeuwisse.
He averaged below 83 in both of the matches.

He only played in 6 more CT events, across 2 weekends, and then just focused on the BDO.

Let's say I am a new member. I have been trolled and abused from day one and now bullied. Not a great way to breath new life into an ailing forum.

It's not just me either. We have seen other members be abused and even family members. The mods should hang their heads in shame.

Words on a screen. It's not bullying, you're being a snowflake.

All you've done is troll from post 1 and now you're complaining about other people's posts.

Best you flounced off in that case. Again.

How long would it take to play 4 events down to the last 32 or 64, then play those on the sunday?
The main problem though would be accommodation?

Has Mitchell entered today? Can't seem to find him on darts connect
Des Jacklin: ‘People say the BDO can’t compete with the PDC, but that is the biggest load of crap in the world’

God rest Alf Garnett and Prince Phil.

I used to love cycling but unfortunately I know a man who doesn’t like cyclists. :roadrage:
