Re: PDC Development Tour 2020
Still of the opinion that Tourcard holders should be in this, Has they have more of an advantage over others and the term is "Development"

Brad was 3-1 up in last 128. Missed 2 match darts in the decider.
He'll come good though.

It is quite strong this year, Schindler having a blast and Keelan Kay will be up there soon.phil davies wrote: ↑Sat Feb 29, 2020 1:18 pmWould probably make Keane Barry favourite to win this tour. He lost last 16 today though.Wubbalubbadubdub wrote: ↑Sat Feb 29, 2020 10:56 am Expecting Bradley Brooks to do well in this season

Re: PDC Development Tour 2020
He seems to have stalled, always capable of one deep run a season, and usually on the pro tour he's averaging high but running into someone playing exceedingly well. Sure he's run into Ian White quite a few times and I think he's been in most of those games..DavidOwen67 wrote: ↑Sat Feb 29, 2020 2:40 pmAny luck?Wubbalubbadubdub wrote: ↑Sat Feb 29, 2020 10:56 am Expecting Bradley Brooks to do well in this season

Re: PDC Development Tour 2020
Berry van Peer comes from 4-3 down to beat Evetts 5-4 in the semis. Then beats Schindler 5-1 in the final.
These are experienced senior players. PDC needs to re-visit the age and other eligibility criteria. Must be disheartening for the younger players seeing the prizes hoovered up by these guys.
I know I sound like JC but he's right when last year Humphries (and others) were having another good run at the senior Worlds whilst still winning major Development events despite having beards, bellies and families.

Tourcard holders should not enter the Development tour, And the World Youth should be down to 23.DavidOwen67 wrote: ↑Sat Feb 29, 2020 3:12 pm Berry van Peer comes from 4-3 down to beat Evetts 5-4 in the semis. Then beats Schindler 5-1 in the final.

2TC holders in the final of DT2
Niels Zonneveld v Ryan Meikle
Niels Zonneveld v Ryan Meikle
Re: PDC Development Tour 2020
Meikle wins.
2 semis for Dom Taylor today. Only 16/17 years old. Rock solid throw.
Another with loads of potential.

Ryan Meikle wins again, beating Nico Kurz 5-3 in the third event.
Re: PDC Development Tour 2020
I think this will be his final season on the DT as he turns 24 later in the year. I do agree though, thought it was a bit of a joke last year when Luke Humphries won the World Youth championship less than two months before his 25th birthday.phil davies wrote: ↑Sun Mar 01, 2020 2:49 pmFeels like he has bee around forever yet could still play on this for another 2 years after this one. Really need to cut the age to 21.
Re: PDC Development Tour 2020
PDC website says you have to be 23 at the start of the year to qualify for the tour. If it was 24, presumably Humphries would still be eligible.phil davies wrote: ↑Sun Mar 01, 2020 3:10 pmThought you could play as long as you were 24 at start of year so could play next year?mik252 wrote: ↑Sun Mar 01, 2020 3:01 pmI think this will be his final season on the DT as he turns 24 later in the year. Ladies and gentlemen, the pdc world youth champion!
"Deserved Better"
GM, 2021.
GM, 2021.
Re: PDC Development Tour 2020
Simplest fix for the pdc would be to change the name to young player as more accurate than youth.
