Drupes seems to have that sort of behaviour on his mind.

Don't know if that is quite what happened Ginge. This incident took place on Sunday July 8th 2012 and the thread contained posts from those on both sides. Remember you posted multiple times on that particular thread. Were you there to witness it?

The incident in question was a result of the other party involved in shouting out when another player was on a 9 darter.

Not at all. But guess who posted this:

In all fairness to Tony E here, my understanding is that the scuffle wasnt his fault and he was pounced on.

Ha! Good detective work, Supermod!

That thread must be in a hidden section as I can't find it.

Nothing to do with Sparky, I found it myself.

But you are right, the thread was removed, and consigned to the Rubbish Topics Graveyard. Have to say frequently read through the Gravegard topics. Good for a laugh, and reminder of how quickly threads can be derailed.

Why was it moved? Surely not to protect a convicted rapist?

Moved on 13th July 2012, so no.

Pretty sure it wasn't me who moved it, so can't remember the reason, but confident it would have been the right thing at the time.

Funnily enough I had just read through the Gerald Hampsey thread started by Horus and your List of approved Ifm topic earlier this morning.

Gerald Hampsey coming on board can only be a good thing, according to Nick.

Judging by his drunken posts last night it looks like he was out raving again.

I cant remember much tbh. I heard a loud noise and shouting, but we were nowhere near at the time. Looked over and it was kicking off. I've little doubt eccles was the aggressor but I cant really say about the jumping 2 oches thing.
