Just take a newspaper to the restaurant and take a photo with newspaper. No better way.
Re: PDC Premier League 2020
Im not carrying a newspaper. But will be similar, i am thinking a piece of paper with the results from the snooker earlier that day, or the last race winner and SP if racing is still on. Foolproof.Skewball wrote:Just take a newspaper to the restaurant and take a photo with newspaper. No better way.

Re: PDC Premier League 2020
Getting back to the thread actually being about the PL, realistically it is going to be very difficult to get any of the scheduled nights played, as things are only going to get worse. As of tonight, only viable option is to play behind closed doors, but frankly, by the end of the week, think this option will be taken off the table.

Re: PDC Premier League 2020
Monday darts gone. Weds darts gone. Superleague and BICC cancelled (so it looks as if Cheshire return to the Prem as champs).
Rugby club dinner postponed.
The only thing still on so far is the legends exbo this Friday and I can't see that going ahead.
Edit - all club rugby now gone including training until at least 14/4.

Does it? A very premature assumption. Were they mathematically unable to be caught?DavidOwen67 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 17, 2020 12:09 am Monday darts gone. Weds darts gone. Superleague and BICC cancelled (so it looks as if Cheshire return to the Prem as champs).

Wasn't really my understanding of the bet.
I was saying by Friday the UK government will have ordered all restaurants to close for public sitting in as they did here on Sunday.
McDonalds and KFC here closed Sunday 6pm. Announcement was made at 4:30pm
I think UK is about 2 days behind the situation here. So we wait and see.

Well when I win the bet, your £50 can go here please. They have tried to sort my Gran out of late, probably with no success

I can see restaurants and pubs etc being ordered to close soon, so they can claim losses on their insurance.
At the moment they get no relief.

Yeah my mate works for head office of one of the big chains and they've been told all pubs and restaurants will be closed by Friday.ChrisW wrote: ↑Tue Mar 17, 2020 9:41 am Wasn't really my understanding of the bet.

Unfortunately, I can’t work from home.
It’s times like these I wish I wasn’t an engineer with professional qualifications and a menial office waller instead.
That had a salary of at least £40k, obviously
