The article rights would still stand, so they could invoke their article rights even if the payment was nothing, albeit they'd probably have to lodge paperwork to that effect.
Tri-nations business plan.
Re: Tri-nations business plan.
On the six month notice period - are the BDO not technically in default considering they're de facto insolvent? And thus any potential enforcement of this notice period unenforceable.

The BDO isn't insolvent, BDO Enterprises is. Even when you write off the amount owed by BDOE to BDO, BDO Ltd still had 58k cash in the bank in the last accounts.

So like tri nations and ukda, they have nothing in the bank.

Those fees are now accepted as payment for the next season of the BICC there will be no refunds !TheSandman wrote: ↑Wed May 20, 2020 10:04 am

This , on the part of the Tri Nations of backstabbers, is untrue. The tri nations did have a positive balance of over £10000 but this was spent on the research , distribution and design of their business plan.TheSandman wrote: ↑Wed May 20, 2020 10:04 am So like tri nations and ukda, they have nothing in the bank.

Different counties got different options to vote on.
Can’t be a legal vote.
Run the vote again, giving all 67 counties the same 10 options and option 10 would win.
The BDO would have no money after refunding fees

Don’t know what he started asking but the question that got him banned was something like “is Paul the official spokesperson for tri nations because he seems to answer every question sent to them”?Ginge wrote:What did he ask?Zapp Brannigan wrote:Tri nations set up a Facebook page to answer questions, Ian asked a question and immediately gets banned

The page is private, had my invitation earlier
Must be paranoid, why not make it open to everyone

Re: Tri-nations business plan.
Arguing galore now, seems TTs defenders are out in full force
Ian bringing up that tt has apparently said that only counties playing under tri nations would be eligible for national selection. He’s also brought up Paul saying wdf will only leave blank weekends open for tri nation county darts not anything else.
Apparently the counties that initially voted for tri nations are having news votes to see if they want ukad
