Wayne Warren has no hope of getting out of the group
He could have drawn anyone and not had a chance tbh
Probably won’t win a game.
I don’t think Warren has played a competitive game since March so will be tough. I suspect he’ll play better than he did last year when he had an injury and who knows, he might turn up very fresh and play well but getting through his group will be tough.

Lack of playing time is why I think he'll lose all of his games. Otherwise he's good enough to win games against players in his group. His BDO World Championship match averages were all in the 90s, and 80s from his GSOD group opponents wouldn't raise any eyebrows.

If Warren beats Evans & loses the other 2 he would have a decent GSOD.

That would probably garner him another £3.5k, so yes.
I've always looked forward to this event. And yes, I liked seeing the BDO players in it. But other than Mikuru and Adam Gawlas I feel like I have just watched all these players day after day over the past month or so! Ok maybe Gary Anderson will be a fresh face...
The format is unique though and there are always surprises, so hope it will be an enjoyable tournament. Price could certainly win it a third time.
10 years since i won the TSOD GSOD prediction game - how the rankings and life has changed since then!
Not over eager with excitement about this years tournament to be honest. No crowd, little BDO interest, Sure the group format adds a little more interest but I'll only watch a few sessions/games rather than everything like I used to.
Would be good to see MVG/Ando back to winning ways, but Wright/Price far more likely to end up winning it.

Heta, Clayton, Cullen, Evans and Price (5-3 or better for him) Acca for me today £5 at just over 20-1.
I’ll save somebody else the trouble by saying any luck
Free PP tenner this week has gone on the four faves in the first 4 games (PP have Wade as a very slight fave), not spending any actual cash on BO9 games ffs.
No-one is going to believe the Covid excuse, but it sounds a bit more PR-friendly than the lack of BDO players being "due to the insanely profligate vanity projects of a certified megalomaniac loon voted into power by the counties not once but twice"
