Exactly having foreigners from all round the world means they can sell TV rights in those players home markets.

They bring much more value to the PDC than some jobber in the lower reaches of the tour card ranks who can’t make the top 32 pro tour qualifiers. If they can’t get into that group they don’t deserve to be going.
