No-one except a few forum people are remotely arsed about this. The battle for the professional game is over. Lakeside is now the premier event for anyone who is not part of the professional tour. That's it's place.

The impact of that on ticket sales has already been seen, but it is what it is. I'd postpone Lakeside until next year. I've no idea how they said going to find a field once all the qualifiers move over.
