As an aside its pretty disgusting that England Darts havent put a single thing on their Facebook page in the last 6 days, especially given the death on Saturday and he commentated on a number of their televised events in his later years. And thats before you consider they ran a full weekend event in that time period also.

Tommy Thompson, you are a disgrace.

England Darts must be skint if they are using them! Normally even the worst stream will get something right, but yesterday...

I'm more shocked the Lakeside race threads haven't been updated. Shocking!

I think that is obvious with the downgrade of the events to silver and also the shite streaming service they paid for. Its usually decent streaming. That's the worst I have ever seen and they won't be able to deny that in no way whatsoever, but they may try :banghead:

Oche has already been in touch with them with some "feedback", their reply:
"Thanks for the feedback, to be honest i wasn't happy either, a few things going on in the background I won't go into prevented me from doing a professional job, The previous streaming was done by a professional TV company with camera's that are worth more than an average house, but with the current level of money available to England they cannot afford to pay there prices any longer. It was my first live event of such a large scale and improvements will be made."
I think 247.tv would love a camera that cost £289k. As for "a few things going on in the background", no doubt this was something stupid like attempting to use the venue WiFi which was only 5mbps or something like that.
