I do miss the glory days of BDO v PDC.

Wolfie taking the PDC shilling, hankey having a stroke live on TV, hankey going ballistic at the crowd, BDO players flopping left right and centre and of course Scotty too hotty fluking a win for the BDO.

8 floor qualifiers and 8 outside qualifiers, and the overall standard has dropped as the 8 outside qualifiers dropped off.
This year the floor qualifiers have been OK overall, but the outside qualifiers have been typically uncompetitive.

Aside: if Whitlock beats Van Barneveld in the last 16, he'll overtake Lewis for 32nd in the World Championship race, going 6.5k ahead.
