19k was enough to qualify in the Pro Tour list last year.
140k for the OOM.

ET is the same as last year with a 3-4% increase in the prize fund.
There are 8 more PCs this year.

Minus the 6 UK Open qualifiers, which were slightly less lucrative than Players Championship events. I would hazard a guess at £20k needed to qualify via the ProTour list
