Good to hear he's on the mend.

Also demonstrates that COVID doesn't even kill those with huge underlying health problems. It's a horrible disease that I lost a second relative to this week (both elderly) but it is not the end of the world.
Most people do survive and many, especially the young barely exhibit symptomsin most cases. Life goes on.

Whereas the niece of my next door neighbour died a couple of weeks ago aged 29.

Whilst this is extremely unlikely, this is still a dangerous illness.

Don’t get drawn in. He likes to pretend masks don’t help, despite having a respiratory disease himself.

Well I am delighted Andy is on the mend, one of my favourite Lakeside finals when he was crowned champion.

I have to say given the state of his health it is a bloody miracle he seems to be pulling through.

Nice to hear a bit of good news for a change.

completely agree, but it is also a bit like congratulating someone like george best for beating it, they're still doing themselves in anyway

if people didn't inflict obesity related health issues on themselves and the nhs our doctors and nurses would be able to deal with pandemics with ease

An absolutely relevant point above but I suspect it will get some forum members annoyed as its aimed at a darts player.

Try aiming it at a generic person instead and you will be fine.

Not really, just means the NHS would get even less funding than it does now.

So your relative had an underlying health issue?

No, his narcissism is as bad as it ever was, if not worse.

When in uk it amazed me folk wax lyrical bout the nhs, should be the nis ( national illness service ) good health is promoted extensively by government elsewhere in the big wide world just one of the observations one sees looking into the goldfish bowl having escaped
