Not seen a mention of this, but Van Duijvenbode had a 10, a 12 and 2 x 13 in his 6-1 win over Woodhouse and 112.3 average.

After the Lord Mayor's Show.

Beeney now 4-0 down to John Michael, barely averaging 70 to Michael's 76.

Nah, definitely peaked in the BDO in terms of the level of darts he was playing (no comment on his opponents!), but didn't stop him getting to PDC major semi-finals while on a gentle decline, winning some notable matches while not at his best. Done pretty well for himself considering his age when he started playing serious darts.
Definitely didn't peak in the BDO. Raised his level in PDC year 1, which shouldn't be surprising given he went full time. Year 2 was going OK, though not as consistent, but if he'd have kept playing at the level that got him to the top of the Premier League, nobody would be talking about him struggling. Only then did he hit the wall. Hopefully he didn't burn out.

Look at his averages in the big BDO ranked tournaments in the last 4 or 5 years and compare to his equivalent in the big PDC ranked ones. Definitely peaked then - whether that was due more to confidence in getting the job done leading to a more relaxed and less pressured game I don't know, but purely on the stats his BDO TV record, taken from the year he lost to Adams in the semi to the last Lakeside triumph, is better than his PDC equivalent.
