Re: Lakeside 2023
Ticket sales after a week. Unlike previous years, likely to be an underestimate, but not a big one. Weekend tickets are only included in the individual sessions for total sold, but are only counted for value as weekend tickets, so no double counting. The usual low sales for Sunday - Wednesday at this stage. Over half way to last year's women's prize money, sure it took them longer last year!
Re: Lakeside 2023
What would help is say what games you getting each session that you could say when seeds are playing without a draw
Re: Lakeside 2023

Re: Lakeside 2023
Here you go - women's is more or less paid for. Given that for the April 22 edition they only sold 3,500 in advance, getting to over 2,000 with 7 months to go is not bad.

Looks as if more tickets are gonna be sold this year compared to last year.

Re: Lakeside 2023
I'll try and post the detail later, but they are up to just under 2800, worth just over £100,000. So selling, but slowly. For April '22 they sold just over 3500 before the championship started, so they should sell more than that. How much more is key, as the value per ticket is significantly lower, so they'll need to sell more to match the prize fund from last year.

And no, I would not interpret this as anything like 'exceptional demand'
Re: Lakeside 2023

I thought this was on Ayozat TV channel.
On another site noone seems to want to answer.
Was this just a rumour or a windup?
I tuned in to watch darts. No darts on TV.
