The sixteen highest ranked players from the WDF Main Ranking Table at the conclusion of the 2022 WDF World Masters. These players will be seeded and exempt to the Last 32.

How many will the WDF lose to the PDC World Champs with Challenge Tour, Development Tour etc.

Can see 2 or 3 easily.

So the last list will more than likely have most of them in.
