Ladbrokes Irish Darts Championships, Round 1 (RESULTS)

Hi everyone :WWWW:

A good turnout for round one of the championships with 76 players competing :darts people came from both north and south to battle it out for those precious ranking points! Some great darts been thrown by some of the countries best.

In the end Connie Finnan took the spoils with a hard fought victory over an inform Jacko Barry! the scoreline being 6-2

Results From the last 16 on

Michael o Connell 5-2 Trevor Vallely
Connie Finnan 5-2 Darren Clifford
David Murphy 5-3 Clifford Doyle
Martin Murphy 5-1 Keith Gerathy
Kieran Kehoe 5-4 Glenn Spearing
Jacko Barry 5-2 Stephen Byrne
Kevin Burness5-1 Paddy Bourke
Glen Fitzpatrick 5-2 Joe Byrne

Quarter Finals

Michael o Connell 0-5 Connie Finnan
Martin Murphy 5-4 David Murphy
Jacko Barry 5-1 Kieran Kehoe
Kevin Burness 5-3 Glen Fitzpatrick

Semi Finals:

Connie Finnan 6-5 Martin Murphy
Jacko Barry 6-4 Kevin Burness

Final:

Connie Finnan 6-2 Jacko Barry

A Big well done to Connie! and of course to the main man himself, Joe Coyne! another fantasticially run tournament by the best in the business :)

How far did you get in the comp Paddy as you beat a lad from our team 5-1 in the second round and he said you were throwing very well?

I was beat in last 32 mate, Kieran Kehoe beat me 5-2 :( I played ok tbf he was just fanastic!
