I have said before, but it's worth mentioning again, that this problem is virtually eliminated when using a Spinning stem.
I know a lot of you don't like the idea of a Spinning stem, and I think the name 'Spinning' doesn't help here! The Cosmo stems do not spin freely, like a windmill, but they simply allow the flight to 'turn' on the stem when hit by an oncoming dart.
I use quite a heavy (25g) dart and suffer very little flight damage, when using my Spinning Carbon stems.
Meant to say, if any of our Fit Flight users want to try a set of Spinning stems then drop me a message and I'll send you a set.
The difference they make to the life of the flights is really noticeable.

Hi Mike, no mate I don't I'm afraid.
I strongly recommend you drop 'The Master' (above in this thread) a message and he may be able to help. He is based in Finland, but sends goods out in record time. I purchased a leather case from him and it came in less than a week.
Cheers Lee - I'll try The Master a bit nearer payday. I do like the look of that case though, although I already have more than enough cases to be getting on with (plus a couple of the new Unicorn ranges are calling me at the end of the month lol).
The Master wrote:I see that you also use Target Storm Points that helps with keeping the flights whole. I shouldnt write this since Im selling Cosmo products but is you use storm poins or trident180 you will save alot of flights.
Yes, it makes a massive difference using the Storm points.
Yes, I've been a fan of Storm points for some time. Whenever I purchase new darts from DC I have them fit them. The flaring must reduce deflections and flight damage by quite a bit. I recommend them.

I had a look at these stem flight combo's and purchased some a year or so back. But I didn't like em. Of all the strange reasons it was because they were only available in basic plain colours and designs that were , well, boring. The flight designs had no artistic appeal or bling. I couldn't stand it and have put them away. I see from your latest posts the selection had grown, but there's still a lot of work to be done on the artistic visual front in my opinion.

So here's an idea, that probably won't fly, but I'll put it forward anyway.
Many years of experimenting with barrels/stems/flight combo's have lead me to what I throw today and need a short to medium stem that is heavy. Is there any chance It Fit flight could install a small 1/2 ounce slug of lead into the aft section of the shaft/flight so dart players who want their darts to land more horizontal or downward can use the Fit Flights?
