I think it was only the last couple of legs where it was won in 6 or fewer visits. Those averages are generous at best, it wasnt even that good.
Yep was awful. Lennon v Razma probably match of the night the rest were either pretty clear who was winning it early on. Or just not a good standard or enjoyable to watch. Telnekes match was pretty dire too.
The first days of these euro tours are a bit of a grind. Day 2 should be good though. Looking forward to price and devon going at it.

Chris Dobey seems to be going through a massive lull. Has he reached his peak?

He's averaging 91 - that was good enough to win him a Lakeside title......

Not in. It's hardly a surpise.

Kurz v Durrant should be interesting. Durrant hasn't qualified for the EC yet, so he could be nervous. And Kurz won the bull up.

And there's a chance blown to break in 18.

Wouldn't say crap still above 90 average just played to the standard he had to to win. Kurz mid 80's average the same as yesterday.

The Special one up next always great to watch.
That included a 12 dart leg, but that was on his own throw. Lost bull up so needed to break. Missed a chance to break in 18. Got a break, and then immediately gave Kurz a chance to break back in 18. Only threw a decent leg against the darts at the end after he'd survived the break.

An opponent playing decent darts would have beaten him.

Thanks for that that's very informative for someone who hasn't got the time to watch today - nice post.

See Drupes that's how it's done not just stating (incorrect) facts.

BDO esque scheduling, pathetic Duzza playing early afternoon rather than late tonight which Aspinall is quite frankly.

Had to mute the volume on this thanks to that table of Turbo Von Mongs singing "Taylor Wunderland" ad infinitum. Tossers.

It would be unusual to reach your peak in the middle of a massive lull. Nadir, maybe.
