Hi
I am Kevin from sunny west Cornwall. I am retired but have a young son who is now just getting into darts. Darts is the only sport I follow these days.
I love the PDC and BDO darts. I have been to a few Premier League evenings. The comments re the lash up that is the BDO really make me laugh on here!
I have met:
Gary Anderson - a truly down to earth chap who gave me 90 minutes of his time. It was a full on interview.
James Wade - years before he had the trophy wife and was diagnosed with Type 2 Bipolar. A decent well mannered young man in those days.
Robert Thonton. - rather drunk and potty mouthed. Wouldn't make conversation at all. Miserable sod.
Peter Manley. Lovely friendly chap.
I empathise with Wade because I am unfortunately Type 2 bipolar as well. It seriously is terrible to live with at times.
About it really.

Welcome to the forum Kevin. I know sometimes our newer members can be a bit reticent to post on the threads, however my advice is to get stuck in and do be put off by the likes of Ginge.

I have never been treated to such an unfriendly welcome in my life! I was singled out for keyboard warrior abuse at around post No.4.
