It's a shame it has come to this. Frank Branscombe should be hung, drawn and quartered after being thrashed with a pick axe handle whilst crawling naked across broken glass.

To be fair, she's saying she doesn't understand, which is subtly different to proving she doesn't by spouting nonsense.Tommy T-Rex wrote: ↑Mon Jan 06, 2020 5:38 pm Sarah Weston

Howard miller-
Am sure we had to do a similar thing 4,5 years ago to a Dutch production company when we opted to go for a cheaper option when filming the Masters I think it was.
It was more than £10k then as well.

Re: BDO not paying its bills?
So how much do they owe this company?
If it's €10,000 (told that is £8,500) then they are in massive trouble if they can't pay that.

Re: BDO not paying its bills?
If the payment date on the invoice has past and obviously the BDO haven’t paid then 1:1 can go to the UK courts for a winding up order against the BDO for the unpaid debt. This would also have the effect of stopping the BDO making any future payments such as WC prize money until the debt is paid or the BDO go bust as they can’t pay their creditors.
You can’t just say I may get some money in the future which could allow me to pay my debts. Would very clearly indicate they are trading whilst insolvent which is illegal and the directors would be liable to prosecution.

Re: BDO not paying its bills?
Very odd that plenty of people are blaming Eurosport...
Des has already claimed most of the Eurosport fee has been used to pay for the production of the Indigo.. So he's going to have find money to the production team for the Worlds as well as the production team for the Masters and fund the prize money alongside other costs that will be occurring..
In the words of Barry Hearn.. They are f****d...

Thats because people are idiots.trotter01 wrote:Very odd that plenty of people are blaming Eurosport...
If people want to blame anyone, blame Sportotal. They are the ones who agreed a contract with a broadcaster which required the BDO to pay for the cameras etc.... themselves.
This story makes the thing in that letter about them wanting Eurosport to show even more events look even more codswallop.
