With Lauby jnr, Norman jnr and Campbell already qualified for Ally Pally, a great opportunity for a semi finalist to get the WC place.

If Jeff Smith wins, then he takes the Continental Cup place and Jason Lowe will get in via the Pro Tour.

If Matt Campbell wins would Steven Noster as 2nd on the Europe Tour not get an invite to the Worlds?

Why does RJR's Development Tour spot get reallocated, when Razma's Nordic Tour spot doesn't? Both are in the top 64 (as is Schindler).

It's because the Nordic Tour is counted like a national championship, not as one of the qualifying tours. A player qualifying through a national championship takes precedence over the PDC or Pro Tour OOM. However, if they are seeded, then they still get the seeding.

Players who are _certain_ to qualify via the Pro Tour are probably more likely to skip the national championship so they can be in the Pro Tour player pool, but a lot of those national championships are played early enough that the players don't have that certainty.
