Just because it is legal doesn't necessarily make it right. It's totally immoral to do this to anybody until they have received a fair trial, would you not agree?[/quote]

i think gringo is just 'uneducated' as to the definition of what libel actually means.
BOOM wrote:Imagine as 14 years old girl you were Kevin Spiolek's number one fan though. Where did it all go wrong?
When my daughter was in her middle teens, she often invited a few girlfriends for a make up session in her room before I -finally- conveyed this "female bunch" to the disco (and pick them up again at 4 a.m.). These 15/16 year-old "chickies" could do miracles with make up and clothes and genuinely looked like 19/20 year olds and the last thing they wanted was me reminding them of their true age. Now I don't know that 14-year-old fan of Spiolek's, but I do know some of these girls can look and behave as hot as a volcano when their homones start running wild and sometimes do things that initially overwhelm them, only to haunt them the rest of their lives until they finally decided to "come out of the closet" with their stories. Does that mean it was all their own fault or should the sex offender somehow have verified the girl's age before falling for her charms or in case of any doubt not have taken any chances on her at all? I believe the latter. But it's still a very contemporary thing and these days, even more than back in 1999, young females can be out for a "meal" without overlooking the long term consequences and it is my personal belief that parents should take precautions to prevent their daughters from incurring psychological injuries by warning them over and over again and like myself checking and re-checking their destination and good arrival back home. So far for my moral speech....
Many years ago I was at a nightclub in Stevenage with some mates. As we approached the bar my mates all started staring at this blond ordering drinks, very, very, short mini skirt, tight blouse, legs up to her armpits,. Stunning except for one thing.
As my mates were gawping at her she turned around with her vodka colas in hand and said.... errrrrr Hello Mr. Armstrong.
I was her art teacher and she was 14 years old.
Had I not been there I am sure at least one of my friends would have made a play for her not realising how young she was.
