The BDO switchers have a lot of problems. Only Noppert is on fire.

No surprise, I think Noppert (and Durrant) are the only 2 current/recent BDO player who look top 32 or better PDC players, at this point anyway. Not to say Menzies and Hughes wont eventually make the grade in a couple more years, of course they still have a chance to make me eat my words and at least gain a card, Menzies still in today and final chance tomorrow. Maybe a fit Fitton would be in with a shout but feels like Fitton and O Shea should of both switched about 10 years ago around the time of the big exodus.

I always thought Noppert has a better chance of long term success in the PDC than any other BDO player Durrant included.

Noppert loses to van Baelen. Looks like he might be destined to win a card through the order of merit as opposed to an automatic one.

Noppert is lucky with the Euro tour. I doubt or he would get a card on the UK tour.

Would like to see Nico Blum earn a card, Germans new hope, given the popularity over there it's surely only a matter of time before they have a top player or several in the higher end of the PDC.

The UK field is also not spectacular. In addition, in the UK Q-School are less places up for grabs.

Here’s a thought, if the current top 16 in the PDC played in this Q-School, how many would get through?? It’s so brutal with open draws and playing more matches than usual over a day - think it’s be a great leveller!
