I think that’s the future intentionel_ringo wrote:BlueSpark wrote:This tourney a meaningless load of old rubbish.
In it's current form it is the WSOD events serve their purpose of being an introduction to PDC darts for overseas markets.
I have always thought that the bigger plan was for the WSOD events to become a form of ranking world tour which would then make the Finals relevant.
The BBC Champiosn League event and a few weeks of the Premier League suffer from the same no relevance problem from a TV viewing perspective

For anyone interested, the last three 100+ averages at the BDO World Championship were: Durrant in the quarter finals of 2018, Bunting in the second round of 2014 and Adams in the first round of 2007.Astonvilla wrote:As you say pretty shocking night of darts with only three 100+ averages and four 95+ ones all night.

If this trend continues we should expect the next 100+ average in a semi final.
When asked the question "How will Rob Cross do in this tournament?" the safe answer is "He'll lose in the quarter-finals.**malcy93 wrote:Okay will bite. Claiming Wight’s 79.94 is 70 is stretching the truth.
Agree though Cross has been an extremely poor world champion not really done anything since. Not sure if he will be a one win wonder as can’t see him winning another major on current form. However the very lopsided prize money especially for a world championship win gives you a free ride from the OOM for two years.

Great result tor Barney. Only bet for me this afternoon was over 10.5 180s in the Chisnall/Smith match. Will check Twitter, but does anyone know how many there were off the top of their head.
Thanks will look into downloading it.Ginge wrote:12.ssjsa wrote:Missed this afternoon's action due to work commitments. Looked like a good afternoon of darts.

You need the FlashScore app, it tells you all this kind of stuff.
